We understand classes run at fixed timeslots. Rather than booking 08:55 till 09:47, with the Room Booking System you just book "Period 1". We support an unlimited number of timeslots per day which can be renamed accordingly ie "Period 1", "Morning Break" or "After School".

So you have ICT Rooms to be booked out but they are used by classes throughout the day. The Room Booking System stores when classes are scheduled in rooms. These rooms are then unavailable at these times and can only be booked when free of classes.

With a system designed specifically for schools, we understand that schools use different timetable types. For bi-weekly timetables, just enter the start and end date of the school term and what week it starts on. The Room Booking System automatically rotates between the weeks keeping everything in sync.

The Room Booking System will automatically add all rooms and update the timetable information when uploading data from a School Management System. If any existing bookings conflict with the new timetable, these are automatically removed and staff are notified by email.
